Shipping Policy

Artum Labs LLC ("Artum Labs," "we," "our," or "us") provides ship-back kit fulfillment and direct pickup coordination for placenta encapsulation services as described below.

Service Coverage

Ship-back kit service is available in the contiguous United States (48 states) and the District of Columbia.

Direct placenta pickup coordination is currently available only within city limits of New York City, Chicago, and Houston.

Processing and Dispatch

After order confirmation, we begin processing your order and preparing any applicable kit materials for dispatch. Processing times may vary based on order volume, holidays, weather, and carrier operations.

Carriers and Delivery

We may use third-party carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown at checkout. Where we advertise shipping as included, no additional shipping charge will be added for the covered service.

Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Shipments

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and contact details. We are not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Risk of Loss

For ship-back orders, risk of loss transfers when the package is accepted by the designated carrier. For direct pickup orders, risk of loss transfers when our authorized pickup coordinator takes possession.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, contact info@artumlabs.com as soon as possible so we can review and assist. Resolution, replacement, or refund eligibility is handled under our Refund Policy and based on the specific facts of the shipment.
